Equality is a key component embedding the People and Values strand of our 2020-2025 Strategic Plan to both strengthen and value the diversity and inclusivity of our community. This includes celebrating the diversity of our work force and seek to provide a positive working and learning environment free from discrimination.

We publish our gender pay gap results in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, and voluntarily choose to examine and publish our pay gaps in relation to ethnicity and disability characteristics. Our reports are approved by the Chief Executive Group and the Board of Governors.
