Marketing is always evolving, so businesses need to keep tweaking and updating their strategies. There are tons of marketing tactics out there, but by using the Five Cs – Customer-Centric, Consistent, Connection, Concise, and Calibrate – you can create a strong foundation for your marketing efforts in this constantly evolving industry.
Speaker: Joolz Joseph FCIM
Joolz Joseph is a Visiting Lecturer at Hertfordshire Business School. She is a sales and marketing practitioner, trainer and speaker, with experience across a wide range of sectors. She works with large brands as well as smaller niche businesses. Her focus is on ‘inspiration injections’ and how organisations can improve their fundamental relationships with their customers.
Joolz teaches on various undergraduate degree courses at Hertfordshire Business School, plus the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional qualifications.
