This Business Academy Live Learning session will look at the role of operations in the value chain, what type (or types) of operations you have in your business, how you can identify improvements and greater sustainability, and the opportunities for your business from new technologies.

Speaker:  Andrew Backhouse.  Andrew has a strong background in accountancy and financial directorship, including Oxford Analytica, and the Institute of Fiscal Studies.   He is also a successful entrepreneur, and is currently Operations & Finance Director at Dialectyx, a company he helped to establish.  Andrew is a Visiting Lecturer at Hertfordshire Business School.
