This workshop is delivered by Herts Mind Network

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health conditions in the world. We all experience anxiety symptoms from time-to-time and it can be incredibly frightening and difficult to manage. We offer training on a variety of anxiety conditions such as, Generalised anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. A general workshop is for anyone who would like to better understand anxiety, how it affects them and how to manage it.

This workshop aims to:

  • Identify what anxiety is, how it affects us and what causes it.
  • Illustrate the relationship between thoughts, behaviour and physical symptoms of anxiety.
  • Learn to challenge unhelpful thoughts and adapt your behaviour in anxiety provoking situations.
  • Identify strategies and techniques to overcome and manage anxiety.
