Santander Universities offering Brighter Futures Grant to support students with the cost of studying
Santander Universities is offering students at Herts, and across the country, the opportunity to win £1000 each towards their studies.
The Brighter Futures Grant will provide ten Herts students with a non-repayable cash grant to support them through university in any way they wish – whether it’s paying for learning resources to help prepare for exams, or contributing to accommodation expenses and bills as the cost of living rises.
Students at eligible universities, which includes Herts, can apply online and the winners will be chosen at random in December – and you don’t need to be a Santander customer to apply! The scheme is open to all students – full-time and part-time, undergraduate and postgraduate – and all you need is your student ID number.
The University of Hertfordshire has been in partnership with Santander Universities UK since 2012, benefitting from over £1 million of support in that time including scholarships, Enterprise Fund grants, Study Abroad grants, Formula Student support and the long-running internship programme. Students are also given the opportunity to get involved in a range of initiatives through the partnership, such as the national Emerging Entrepreneurs competition and the Women in Engineering programme.
