Career Success
Berk Termin is the CFO - Country Controller at H&M Group, the world’s second-biggest fashion & textile company. In his current role, he is responsible for the management of Finance, Payroll, Business Tech-IT, Security, and Controlling teams.
Before joining the H&M Group, Berk worked for the Shell for eight years in different roles including Supply Chain Manager and Sales Operations Region for Mediterranean countries.
Berk says, ‘Many factors have helped me get where I am today. The International Business Administration course at the University gave me an insight about how to run global companies. After graduation I started to work in international organisations and realised my studies helped me a lot to progress my career. The marketing modules were awesome. I really enjoyed the project assignments and found that experience integral when building my career and seizing new opportunities.'
