Please click "Today" in the top left corner of the calendar to find the current month (known Microsoft bug of defaulting to 1899).

• Please choose a timeslot that has no "Busy" event. A "Tentative" event may be available so please enquire.
• Visits are typically two to two and a half hours long depending on the type of event. Please see individual event pages for specific information.
• Evening events may overlap by no more than 30 minutes.
• Please note that we do not generally run events on weekends.
