On Wednesday 16 October, the University premiered an historic documentary film on the Swedish women’s ‘Potato Revolution’ of 1917.  

The film is part of an AHRC IAA funded project carried out by Prof Jonathan Morris and Anna Hammerin at the University of Hertfordshire, with assistance from Karen Brookfield (Independent Consultant in Cultural Strategy & Critical Thinking), to unearth lesser known but crucially important women’s history.
