Stevenage Football Club

Oral History team members from the University of Hertfordshire pioneered a 'parachute drop' interview format as part of a project with Stevenage Football Club.

Held in October 2011, Boro Memories Day saw volunteers and students and staff from the University set out to capture the memories of Stevenage FC fans, record oral histories and scan memorabilia.

The team interviewed 70 people in a single day to create this bank of oral history recordings and a brief film about the day. The documentary can be found at the Heritage Hub website.
