How to pay

To ensure that we are able to allocate your money to the correct account please make sure that you state your 8 digit student ID number and personal information when making a payment to the University.

Failure to provide the necessary details can cause delays when processing your visa documentation. If you would like to get in touch with the finance team, please visit the fees and funding website.

Paying your deposit, tuition or accommodation fees

Once you have an offer to study and your 8 digit ID number, you will be able to send payments to the University. You will usually be required to pay a minimum deposit of £5,000 towards your tuition fees as part of your offer conditions.

Please make sure you only ever pay the University directly using the payment methods mentioned on this page. Never pay third parties including University agents or representatives and please be aware that the University will only ever issue refunds back to the account from which they were paid.

Other ways to pay

Please remember to include your student ID number on all communications in relation to payments so we can track and attribute payments quickly.

Payment using the Flywire facility is the University’s preferred payment method as it provides an easy and flexible way to enable you to make payments, however you can also pay by one of the following methods.

Receipts

You will be issued with a receipt when your payment has cleared into the University's account. This process may take up to 3 weeks from point of payment.

If you made your payment using the Convera payment platform, your receipt will be issued from them directly and not from the University.
