We've made sure that you're never far away from something delicious to eat or drink, no matter your tastes or dietary requirements.

Both College Lane Campus and de Havilland Campus are home to a range of different food and drink offers and services to help make your university experience the best it can possibly be! Alongside our two Food Courts, we have another 11 food and drink outlets including well-known high-street brands, Subway and Starbucks.

We pride ourselves on catering for everyone and have therefore ensured that we offer a wide range of hot and cold items, including Halal options, Gluten-free options, and a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Out and about

The Galleria shopping centre in Hatfield has a wide variety of options suitable for all tastes including burgers, pizzas, Asian food, burritos and cocktails.

The nearby town of St Albans also has a wide variety of independent restaurants and bars for you to explore, as well as well-known chains. Popular choices for current students include The Cross Keys, The Beehive and The Pudding Stop.

London, a short train ride away, is also home to world-class restaurants and bars, as well as independent eateries to suit all budgets and tastes. For a student budget Patty&Bun and Camden Diner are popular choices, with Sky Garden and The Shard providing once-in-a-lifetime experiences for special occasions.
