Repeat prescribing
Repeat prescriptions are computerised and a repeat request form is attached to each script. Please detach this and keep it safe until you need another supply.
Two working days' notice is required for any repeat prescription, whether electronic or if collected from the Surgery.

Repeat prescription reviews
A review of your repeat medication will be necessary at intervals. Please keep an eye on how many valid repeats you have and make a routine appointment for a review.
The following messages may appear on your repeat slip:
- "Please Arrange Review" means there remains only one valid repeat on your prescription. Please arrange a medication review. If you do not do so the following message will appear:
- "No Further Issues Allowed" at which point we reserve the right not to issue further prescriptions unless a review has taken place.
