Training and teaching courses at the atmospheric remote sensing laboratory

Short courses in the use of data inversion algorithms and analysis of lidar data are given since 2006. The courses are held for researchers of EARLINET stations that operate 3+2 lidar systems and/or Raman lidar and Sun photometer. Recently we started training as invited experts in the framework of ITaRS.

The training courses take place on average 1-2 times per year and last 1-2 weeks. So far we offered training courses in Germany, Greece, Italy, Romania, and Spain. Some courses were also held in Japan and South Korea. We plan to establish more regular training courses at our laboratory at CACP in the coming years.
