The Applied Psychology Research Group (APRG) are launching a blog
The Applied Psychology Research Group (APRG) at University of Hertfordshire are launching a blog.
Please watch this space as we’re intending to go live in a week’s time. We’ll then post once a month to begin with, hoping to entice you with our offerings from the work within the Applied Psychology Research Group here at the University of Hertfordshire.
Why are we starting an APRG blog?
- We want to improve our reach and help our work get a wider audience.
- We would be delighted to hear back from readers, building bridges that are very much “two-way”.
- We hope that this will help people to apply psychological principles to improve their personal and professional lives and that people’s engagement with us, will enhance our professional and personal lives too.
What kind of topics will we share?
- The blog should help us to share cutting-edge research and its practical applications in real-time.
- As we develop new studies and start to get findings, we intend to share them.
- When we find work from others that is also relevant to the areas we cover, we will draw on them too, helping readers to stay informed about changing perspectives in applied psychology.
- You can expect to hear about work going on in occupational psychology, forensic psychology, uses of AI in academic writing, mental health and wellbeing and the psychology of sport in our initial posts.
We hope you’ll enjoy what we post and look forward to hearing from you soon, in the meantime, please enjoy our research case studies to get a taste of the work we do here!
