The application process
To apply for a job at the University you will need to complete and submit an online application for the specific job you are interested in, using our online job application portal.
You’ll find a link to our application portal within each job advertisement.

Equal opportunities
As an equal opportunities employer, we aim to ensure that all applicants and employees are treated fairly, and we encourage people from diverse backgrounds to apply and work with us. Our anonymous shortlisting process supports this by aiming to eliminate bias by removing any personal identifying information from the application form.
We are committed to disability equality and are a Disability Confident Employer, a scheme that ensures barriers to the recruitment of disabled people are minimised. All disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for a post are offered an interview through the Guaranteed Interview Scheme. Please indicate any special requirements or adjustments required at interview, on your application form.
We facilitate robust training for our recruiting staff, encourage staff to embed positive action statements in job adverts and put in place diverse recruiting panels to ensure our recruitment and selection process is fully inclusive and free from unconscious bias.
