Join us for mince pies and mulled wine at this exciting book and film launch event!

Pursued by a Bear and UH Arts + Culture are delighted to invite you to a special event marking the publication of Nothing on Earth – a play celebrating the lives of three real-life heroines. Produced by Aurora Metro Press of the play by Anna Reynolds, this new book includes the Nothing on Earth script, as well as production photos, background information and resources for educators.

Also launching are two new digital short films:

  • Nothing on Earth Curtain Raiser created from reminiscences from Dacorum elders
  • Women of Courage featuring extracts from the world premiere stage production which toured in Hertfordshire and beyond during Women's History Month 2023

The evening features appearances by members of the original cast, as well as Anna Reynolds and Rosamunde Hutt (Artistic Director, Pursued by a Bear and Director of Nothing on Earth). Festive mince pies and mulled wine are served, and you have a chance to purchase a signed copy of the book.

UH Arts + Culture are thrilled to be supporting Pursued by a Bear in their latest short films and publication, and look forward to welcoming you to our campus for this celebration event.
