Neil MacEwan is a Senior Lecturer at Salford University. His research interests are cybercrime and internet regulation.

He is a co-author, with Charles Wild and Stuart Weinstein, of Internet Law (Old Bailey Press, 2005).

Sue Mann is a member of the St Albans and Hertfordshire Architectural and Archaeological Society. The Society was formed in 1845 to promote an interest in local history, and to encourage research and its publication.

Elena Marushiakova is a Romani studies scholar, of Slovak and Russian origin, currently living in Bulgaria, and working in the Institute for Ethnology and Folklore Studies and Ethnographic Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Jonathan Mein is a member of the St Albans and Hertfordshire Architectural and Archaeological Society. The Society was formed in 1845 to promote an interest in local history, and to encourage research and its publication.

Julie Milton is co-author of Guidelines for Extrasensory Perception Research.

Elaine Mitchell developed her interest in garden history whilst studying for her History undergraduate degree and MA in West Midlands History at the University of Birmingham. She is completing a PhD on gardens and horticulture in eighteenth-century Birmingham.

David Mitchinson was Head of Collections and Exhibitions at The Henry Moore Foundation until 2010 after more than three decades of leading an internationally-acclaimed programme of Moore exhibitions and publications, and 42 years after he began working with the artist.

David has curated and installed Henry Moore exhibitions in more than forty countries worldwide.

After studying at Bath Academy of Art from 1963-67, he worked for the Kröller Müller Museum from 1967-68.  He went to Henry Moore's Hertfordshire home to work with the artist in 1968, working as his assistant until the formation of The Henry Moore Foundation in 1977 when he became The Foundation's Keeper of Graphics, then its Keeper of Graphics and Sculpture until 1987.  He then became its first Curator and finally in 1999 its Head of Collections and Exhibitions.

He was a Trustee of Hat Hill Sculpture Foundation, Goodwood from 1994-2000; Advisor to the Wellington Sculpture Trust, New Zealand from 1999-2002; and has been a Trustee of Harlow Art Trust from 2007 to the present day.  He received an Honorary MA from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007.

He has written and edited numerous publications including (with Alistair Grant and Gérald Cramer), Vols III and IV (with Grant and Patrick Cramer), Cramer, 1973-1986; Celebrating Moore; Lund Humphries 2008; Hoglands: The Home of Henry and Irina Moore Lund Humphries, 2007 and finally his new 408-page book Prints and Portfolios, Cramer, March 2010.

Leanne Moden obtained a first class degree in history with creative writing from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008. Her research into the development of sport and recreation in Norwich during the nineteenth century led to her involvement in the Doughty's Hospital project.

Sanna Moore has been head of contemporary programmes at Towner Art Gallery in Eastbourne since 2007, developing and delivering the contemporary artistic programme.

She curates a changing programme of contemporary exhibitions of regional, national and international significance, often offering first UK solo shows to internationally based artists. Her main areas of interest are sculpture, installation and moving image.

From 2001 to 2007, she was a curator at University of Hertfordshire Galleries, comprising two spaces: the Art & Design Gallery, Hatfield, and the Margaret Harvey Gallery, St Albans. From 1997 to 2001, she worked at a number of public and commercial London galleries, including Lisson Gallery, the ICA and Whitechapel Gallery.

Robert L Morris was an American psychologist, parapsychologist and professor at the University of Edinburgh, where he was the first holder of the Koestler Chair of Parapsychology at the Koestler Parapsychology Unit.

He received his doctorate from Duke University. Morris was Koestler Professor of Parapsychology from December 1985 until his death in August 2004.

John Mower is an experienced primary school teacher. He lives with his wife and two children in Hertfordshire.

John Mullan is a researcher and lecturer in Medieval History at Cardiff University.

In 2000 he was appointed research associate on a Leverhulme-Trust-funded project researching the transfer of customary land on the estates of the Bishopric of Winchester, between 1350 and 1415.

Gary Mundy is co-editor of Romani Culture and Gypsy Identity.

Martin Myers is a research consultant with wide experience of educational issues, particularly the education of Gypsy children.
