Panopto

Panopto is a secure video-sharing platform that the University uses to store and share asynchronous video content, mainly within Canvas. Panopto is mainly used for lecture recording, screen recording and as video content management software.

Panopto is accessible via Canvas (Studynet) or directly from the website: http://uh.cloud.panopto.eu/. For most uses, you should access Panopto via Canvas to ensure your resources are accessible in the correct location.

The automatic lecture capture system is also powered by Panopto and is enabled in specific rooms throughout the University, see here for a list of rooms. Whilst the system automatically captures timetabled sessions in a room, the session leader ultimately has control over these recordings.
