Logging into Zoom with your university account – Staff/Students

Before scheduling or joining a Zoom, meeting staff and students must first sign into their University Zoom account at herts-ac-uk.zoom.us (doing this for the first time will automatically create an account for you on the system). Follow the steps outlined in Accessing Zoom at UH, make sure you are logged in correctly with your UH account before going any further.

Software Licenses: The University site licence means that Zoom is available to all staff and students, this provision was created in response to the Covid pandemic and will be kept under review moving forward.

Integrations: Zoom is integrated with Canvas. This means you’ll be able to schedule most of your module’s meetings directly through your canvas module. It is also integrated with Panopto, meaning that all recorded Zoom sessions scheduled via Canvas will be automatically uploaded into Panopto and can be easily published on Canvas Modules.
