Zoom Meetings
Zoom has become established as a leading provider of online meetings and is widely used in industry and education throughout the world. It is offered to all University Staff and Students as a potential alternative to the University’s default video conferencing tool (MS Teams). Zoom meetings can be scheduled and managed via; herts-ac-uk.zoom.us, through a desktop application (downloadable via the URL above) and on your modules through integration with Canvas/Studynet.
Zoom was initially purchased by the University as a solution to some of the challenges to online learning and teaching that were present during the COVID pandemic.
