Ongoing Quality Monitoring

To make sure that  our courses offer a high-quality experience for our students and exemplify the highest academic standards we monitor and evaluate our provision on an ongoing basis. This involves action planning at School, Programme and Module level. Each School produces an annual School report with a live action plan. At programme level monitoring is done primarily through our Continuous Enhancement Planning (CEP) process, a live process which allows programme teams to manage and track actions, ensuring actions are resolved or escalated when needed, leading to improvement and enhancement. For provision which isn't included in the CEP, an Annual Monitoring and Evaluation Report (AMER) is required. At module level a process of module evaluation is in place feeding into the next iteration of the module.

Key staff involved in these processes in each School are an Associate Dean of School (Academic Quality Assurance), Programme Leaders and Module Leaders.
